Paloma Cinco

Co-Founder & Producer

Paloma Cinco is a producer, actress, model, manager, and business entrepreneur born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Fluent in Spanish, English, and German, she is currently developing projects as a filmmaker at Espectro Mx Films.

She began her professional career working in major enterprises such as Coca-Cola and other consumer brands in Mexico, specializing in marketing and commercial strategy. Over time, Paloma transitioned into the entertainment industry, building expertise in talent management, personal branding, press bookings, and public appearances.

Alongside her work as a producer and manager, Paloma has pursued a career as an actress, participating in diverse film and television projects that complement her experience behind the camera.

Cristo Fernández

Cristo Fernández

Founder & Executive Producer

Cristo Fernández is a Mexican actor and filmmaker born in Guadalajara, Jalisco. After finishing his masters program, Fernández set his goals to creating independent projects as an actor, director, writer & producer, so he would have a reel and body of work to show.

The plan paid off when he won the role of "Dani Rojas" the beloved AFC
Richmond star football player, on the multi-Emmy winning comedy series "Ted Lasso", for Apple TV+ & Warner Bros.

More recently, Fernández was recently awarded the "Rising Star Award" for Television from the Critics Choice Association during the 2nd Annual Celebration of Latino Cinema & Television. The award was presented by Oscar winning director Alejandro González Iñárritu.

Ricardo Casal

Production Coordinator & PA

Born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Ricardo Casal Silva brings over eight years of experience in financial management and auditing across both the public and private sectors.

With a solid background in accounting, auditing, and operational finance, he has held key roles that emphasize precision and strategic oversight.

Since 2024, Ricardo has been a Production Coordinator at Espectro MX Films, where he applies his expertise in budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning to support meaningful and impactful audiovisual projects.

He works closely with the creative team to ensure that artistic vision is aligned with financial sustainability—helping bring culturally rich Latin American and Mexican stories to life through efficient resource management and solid structure.

A former professional fútbol player, Ricardo's biggest passions are sports and comedy.

Paulette Cordero

Paulette Cordero

Production Assistant & PA

Paulette Cordero is a rising talent in media production, currently pursuing a degree in Audiovisual Media Production at UNIVA, and based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

With experience directing and producing short films and music videos, she has also worked as a producer and production assistant on a variety of audiovisual projects—building a strong foundation across all stages of production, from concept to final cut.

At Espectro MX Films, Paulette plays a key role in talent coordination, press outreach, and creative development. Her work reflects a deep commitment to the company's mission: crafting bold, emotionally resonant narratives that celebrate and explore Latin American identity and experience.

Passionate about storytelling in all its forms, Paulette enjoys photography, screenwriting, reading, and traveling—creative pursuits that continue to enrich her artistic voice and vision.
